Renshaw Extra Ready to Roll Icing is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic, allowing the paste to stretch over large or sharp sided cakes without tearing. This luxury sugar paste has a firmer texture than standard sugar paste so it is perfect for covering deeper or taller cakes including multi-tiered wedding or birthday cakes. It produces a satin like effect to give cakes a professional finish.

Thanks to the firmer texture of Renshaw Extra Fondant it can also be used for modelling.
