It has a silky finish that makes it easy to roll and prevents cracking or splitting. Simply knead the sugar paste by hand then roll out with a rolling pin to the desired thickness. Use with cutters, texture mats and moulds to cover or make decorations for all types of celebration cakes, biscuits, cupcakes and more.This icing has a light vanilla taste.
