Culpitt Select Marzipan is perfect for covering traditional Christmas cakes, wedding cakes or fruit cakes. It can be used on its own as a delicious covering, or as the layer underneath sugar paste to create the smoothest of finishes.

Culpitt Select Marzipan is also great for shaping and modelling. Roll into balls for an Easter simnel cake or model characters and marzipan fruits as decorations.

Culpitt Select Marzipan is made from high quality ingredients in the UK to produce an authentic almond paste. The recipe uses a high content of ground almonds, which can sometimes be visible within the paste. This marzipan does not contain artificial colours, which results in a natural looking, off-white paste.

To customise, this paste can be coloured, flavoured, sprayed, painted or glazed as desired.

Culpitt Select Marzipan is packed into a food-grade bag inside a sealed tub. The tub is resealable so any unused marzipan can be wrapped and stored for later use.
