Whipping it up Swiss Meringue Buttercream Shots, are a small 70g bag of Sugar and Crumbs perfect formula for delicious Mousses, Meringues, Pavlovas, shortbread, Royal Icing and more!

For simple & easy Lemon Drizzle Swiss meringue buttercream just add 500g of butter (at room temperature) into the mixer, beat until its light and fluffy

Add the 70g Packet of Whipping it up flavoured powder plus 450g of sieved Icing sugar, combine

Add 270ml of water slowly until combined. Mix on full speed.

Retail packed in 70g re-sealable pouches.
