These 18mm edible decorations are supplied in boxes of 1000. The food colours used in these decorations are not azo free.

These lovely Sugar flower cake decorations are individually hand made using a hardened sugar paste which is cut, textured and formed to the finished shape, the edges of the petals are then dusted with food colour and finished with a coloured royal icing centre. They make great cupcake decorations, or they can be combined in a pattern to decorate a full sized cake.
