8" Round Cake Drums, Holly Red, Pack of 5

This 8 Inch Holly Red cake board is the perfect way to display your Christmas creations in style. special celebration cakes and treats in style. This drum is strong enough to support fruit cakes, as well as multi layered sponge cakes.
Sometimes referred to as a Cake Drum, this is the strongest type of Cake Board, it has a bonded fibre board inner which is covered on the top and sides with a fern textured rich green holly foil and with white paper on the base.

As a general rule, for fruit cakes use a drum 3" larger than the cake, and for sponge, 2" larger.
