Dawn Foods cookie bases are based on authentic American recipes that will give your customers tastes they’ll love. Just add water and butter and you are on your way to authentic American cookies, warm out of the oven. One bag makes approx 250 cookies.

The base mixes are available in two popular flavours - vanilla and chocolate. The cookies have a crunchy bite and a melt-in-your-mouth moist centre.

Add in your own flavours and inclusions to make something very different. The bases may also be used to line pie shells and cheesecake and make tartlets.
