Culpitt Select White Chocolate & Raspberry Cookie Mix is made in the UK from high quality ingredients and includes delicious chocolate chip and raspberry fruit pieces. This mix is the perfect blend of ingredients to help save time spent on baking.

Instructions for use: Preheat the oven to 155°C. Place 500g of biscuit mix into a mixing bowl. Add 60ml of water to the mixture and stir in with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough is formed.

For medium sized cookies, split mixture into 16 equal balls. Place each ball onto greaseproof lined baking sheet. Place 2 inches apart to allow mixture to spread.

Bake at 155°C for approx. 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool then peel from greaseproof paper. When completely cooled store in an airtight container.
