Culpitt Select Gingerbread Cookie Mix is made in the UK from high quality ingredients. This mix is the perfect blend of ingredients to help save time spent on baking.

Instructions for use: Preheat the oven to 155°C. Place 500g of biscuit mix into a mixing bowl. Add 50ml of water to the dry mixture. Stir in with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough is formed.

Knead the dough for approx. 3 minutes until it feels smooth then roll out on baking parchment to desired thickness and cut shapes as required.

Bake at 155°C for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool. Once cooled remove from greaseproof paper. When completely cooled store in an airtight container.
