Decorate, drizzle or drip with this delicious Sephra Belgian Milk Couverture Chocolate.

These high quality chocolate callets are really easy to use, with no tempering required. Simply heat gently in the microwave to melt, then use to coat, cover, drip or drizzle onto cakes, cookies, desserts and more.

Made in Belgium from premium ingredients, the chocolate callets produce a professional, silky smooth finish and a delicious taste. They are ideal for fondues and fountains as well as using with moulds for candy making. Create drip cakes or indulgent chocolate dipped strawberries and sweet treats.

Sephra Belgian Milk Couverture Chocolate is packed in a 907g resealable pouch and it's high cocoa content is sustainably sourced.

How to use: Place one, unopened pouch in the microwave and heat on 50% power for approx. 2 minutes.

Remove and knead the bag gently, pushing the chocolate out of the corners.

Place the bag back in the microwave and heat again on half power for no more than 2 minutes.

Open or cut the corner of the pouch. The chocolate should now be the right consistency to pour or drip.

Alternatively, place smaller amounts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stir then repeat until fully melted.

Tip: Heat gradually to avoid overheating as this can cause the chocolate to burn.
