Delivery and Returns

We offer a number of delivery options and your order will be delivered to you using your chosen delivery method. 

Please note all our delivery times are quoted on a working day basis and do not include weekends or bank holidays.   Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following working day. 

We aim to despatch all our orders as soon as possible and meet the delivery times stated below, however please note during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

All delivery charges are subject to VAT.

UK Mainland

For Next working day delivery please ensure Express or Next Day Delivery is selected at checkout and that your order is placed before 1pm.  Please be aware this is a working day service and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.   Orders received before 1pm on a Friday for Next Day Delivery will be dispatched for delivery on Monday.   Orders received after 1pm on a Friday for Next Day Delivery will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Saturday UK Mainland Delivery

For orders received before 1pm on Friday, we are also able to offer a delivery on a Saturday.  Select this option during the checkout process.  

*UK Non-Mainland and Ireland

Next Day delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses and excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly,  BFPO addresses and the following postcodes AB36-38, AB55-AB56, FK17-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-PA66, PH19-PH50 Customers in these areas can receive an Express Delivery service and should allow 2 working days for orders received before 1pm.  

International Delivery

For international deliveries we will receive your order but not take payment at the time of placing the order.   For each international order we receive we will calculate the delivery costs and our Customer Services team will contact you with the price. We will only take payment once the delivery costs have been agreed with yourself. Please ensure your email address is up to date. 

International delivery times vary and we will provide a lead time along with the cost of delivery before taking payment.

Returns

Please inform us if you intend to return a product by calling us on 0345 6010574 or by email at info@culpitt.com and you will receive a returns reference.   You must let us know you intend to return an item within 7 days of receiving it. 

The products must be returned within 15 days of delivering it to you, and no later than 7 days after letting us know you intend to return any items.   

The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging (including any and all outer packaging) and in a perfect saleable condition. 

The goods would need to be returned at your own cost.  Please ensure the items are securely packaged to ensure they reach us in good condition.  We strongly recommend you return the items using a tracked delivery service.  

The following items cannot be returned:

Edible items
Any sale items or discontinued items.  
Any custom-made or special-order products
Any product which has a security or tamper-evident seal which has been opened

Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty you will receive a full refund of the product, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us, providing you notify us within 30 days of receipt of the products you wish to return. 

We may ask you to take and send photographs of the damaged items to help us quickly resolve any issues.  Please do not dispose of any items before you are advised to do so by Customer Services. 

Please note we need to be made aware of faulty goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item please advise Customer Services on 0345 6010574 or by email at info@culpitt.com.  Customer Services will resolve this issue for you.   Please note we need to be made aware of incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Missing Items

If your order has an item missing, please initially check your delivery note to ensure the item has been shipped.  If it does not appear on the delivery note this can be because it is out of stock.  If your missing item(s) are shown on your delivery note please contact Customer Services on 0345 6010574.   Please note we need to be made aware of missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
