Culpitt Select Banana Flavour Cake Mix is made from high quality ingredients in the UK. This mix is the perfect blend of ingredients to help save time spent on baking. Simply add water to create excellent results every time. As a guide, 1kg of cake mix will make 2 x 8" cakes, approx 3" depth.

Instructions for use:

• For a 6" round cake use 350g of cake batter
• For an 8" round cake use 500g of cake batter
• For a 10" round cake use 770g of cake batter
• For a 12" round cake use 1300g of cake batter

It is advised to have a mix to water ratio of 1kg Cake Mix: 400ml Water (or add water gradually for your desired consistency)

Scaling and Baking temps:

• Round 6 inch tin - (180oC) 25-30 mins
• Round 7 inch tin - (180oC) 25-30 mins
• Round 8 inch tin - (180oC) 30-35 mins
• Loaf unit cakes - (180oC) 30-35 mins
• Baking sheet 30x18 inch (180oC) 45-50 mins

For best results place 1kg of mix in machine bowl fitted with a beater. Gradually add 200ml of water on slow speed to form a paste, scrape down. Gradually add another 200ml of water on slow speed, scrape down. Mix on slow speed for one minute.
