These lovely sugar decorations can be used as pom poms for an on trend look, or as carnations.

The cake decorations are individually hand made using a hardened sugar paste which is cut, textured and formed to the finished shape. They make great cupcake decorations, or they can be combined in a pattern to decorate a full sized cake.
